Job Description:
Position/Role Name: Reinstatement Associate( Fixed Term Employee )
Role Summary:
Fixed term employees will perform the following tasks:
Acknowledge emails and E2C in the salesforce.
Forward service requests to the appropriate Reinstatement staff or scan staff.
Provides status of the policies and requirements.
Process and clear Outstanding Disbursements ;
Prepare transmittal and release disbursement checks; and
Release other Reinstatement-related client communications and documents.
