Role Description
- Serve as the main vocal point post-handover from the Sales team to maintain, nurture, and secure contract renewals for existing corporate accounts within the ISP and VSAT segments.
- Collaboratively monitor network SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance with technical teams (NOC/Engineers) to ensure optimal satisfaction for customers.
- Proactively identify early signs of churn risks, manage critical escalation complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to provide swift, tactical solutions.
- Identify opportunities within the existing client base for additional bandwidth, backup links, or value-added services to drive incremental revenue growth.
- Conduct routine courtesy visits and periodic performance reviews (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews) to discuss network performance and maintain strong ties with key decision-makers.
- Oversee post-sales administrative workflows, including tracking billing cycles and assisting in the resolution of any billing disputes collaborate with Finance
Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with ISP (Internet Service Provider) and VSAT ecosystems (basic network topology, bandwidth, local loop, IP Transit, or satellite connectivity).
- Solid understanding of SLA (Service Level Agreement) metrics, network availability standards, and technical escalation workflows.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms, excel/spreadsheet and internal ticketing tools.
- Understand commercial agreement process flow, especially renewal process.
- Fluency in Bahasa and English (both written and spoken) for professional and business correspondence.
- No issue work outside office for customer visit
