DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Relationship Manager (Member Specialist), you will be the primary point of contact for members partnering with PMRS to serve their pension needs. Relationship Managers are key members of our Client Relations team, ensuring that our members receive the highest level of care and attention. You will be responsible for advocating on behalf of our members, providing industry expertise, assisting in expanding upon current relationships, and assisting in building new business relationship opportunities. Additionally, you will work closely with a team of Relationship Managers, including Municipal and Member Specialists. Additionally, you will be joining a work culture that focuses on creativity, growth, and camaraderie.Team members in this position disseminate accurate and timely information to members, PMRS management, other appropriate PMRS personnel and, where applicable, external employer parties. If meetings or other multi-party communications are determined to be needed, it is expected that PMRS employees will actively establish the multi-party communications and/or participate if requested and facilitate all communication.The Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience and promoting the PMRS brand by attending client meetings, seminars/conferences, and presenting at these events, if applicable.Interested in learning more? REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year as an Administrative Officer 1; orThree years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management or staff work, including experience in personnel management, budgeting, or procurement; and a bachelor’s degree; orAny equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements:You must meet the PA residency requirement.
