About Our Client

A well-established company specializing in community and property management services. They work with residential communities such as homeowner associations, condominiums, and planned developments, providing operational support, financial management, and administrative services.

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)

**Available only for applicants living in Mexico**

As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for: Help with administrative coordination, homeowner communication, and back-office support.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls (high volume) and manage emails/messages.
  • Create and track work orders, including coordinating with vendors.
  • Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and internal team members
  • Help customers understand processes such as violations, appeals, and general requests.
  • Create and manage tasks in the system.
  • Support general administrative and back-office tasks.
  • Set up customer accounts for online payments.

Work Schedule

Monday – Thursday

  • Standard time: 07:30 am – 04:00 pm MX time
  • Daylight saving: 06:30 am – 03:00 pm MX time

Friday

  • Standard time: 07:30 am – 02:00 pm MX time
  • Daylight saving: 06:30 am – 01:00 pm MX time

Minimum Requirements

  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role (HOA or property management experience is a plus).
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office software and CRM.
