About the job Remote Administrative Assistant

Our major financial client is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a technology team.

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience.

Perform administrative functions to include:

Manage requests that come through the cart – need to look at tasks/requests and triage them.

Utilize a Jira ticketing system.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel.

Upload documents

Write correspondence

Use Teams for communication

Must be able to handle a high volume of work

Must be detail oriented and follow procedures

Some of the work is independent and some will be team projects/tasks

Must have technical knowledge

Experience in report writing is a plus

Some research projects

Assist with events

Excellent communication skills

General comments.

Remote with the exception of a quarterly face-to-face meeting, which may be “as needed” but never on a fixed schedule – at the discretion of the Director.
