Full Job Description

We are adding an Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a driven individual with great attention to detail who is responsible for performing various administrative and general clerical tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

Delivery of remarkable customer service while answering incoming phone calls
Coordinate with assigned staff or department, creating moderately complex correspondence, spreadsheets and visual presentations for projects.
May maintain a calendar of appointments for assigned staff or departments. Schedules and organizes meetings, conference calls and appointments.
Fulfill all customer requests for account updates, invoicing and collections.
Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Maintain and organize office files and records, both electronic and hard copies.

Skills and Experience
Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate deliverables and able to take initiative to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software
Two+ years in administrative and support staff activities
Well-organized, accurate and attentive to detail
Strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making abilities
