Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive administrative support to senior executives by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel logistics.

Prepare and disseminate documents, ensuring timely reviews, approvals, and tracking of necessary signatures.

Draft meeting agendas and presentations, attend meetings, and accurately transcribe notes for distribution.

Organize medium-scale events, including venue selection, catering, and accommodations for participants traveling from various locations.

Produce correspondence and reports for executive approval, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the successful execution of assigned projects and tasks.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
