In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our tenants, owners, and vendors — which means your ability to provide excellent customer service truly sets the tone.
What You’ll Do:
Greet walk-ins and answer calls with professionalism and a smile
Direct inquiries to the right team members efficiently
Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
Support our property management team with light admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A calm, courteous, and professional demeanor (even when it’s a little hectic)
The ability to multitask without missing a beat
Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred
