as a Remote Customer Service Star – Out of Hours!

Location:

Remote, HQ in based in West Lothian and must be able to travel here for training and team meetings as and when applicable

Schedule:

4 days on, 4 days off on a rolling basis (hours circa 38 hours per week – 5.30pm – 9am Mon-Thurs & 5.30pm Fri – 9am Monday)

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Assistant who’s confident, proactive, and ready to shine in an Out of Hours role. If you’ve got experience in customer service and are curious about the world of Facilities Management, this could be your perfect next step.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Be the friendly voice on the phone, answering incoming calls with a smile (yes, people can hear it!).

Log and dispatch job orders like a pro.

Handle client queries and prepare job quotes that make sense.

Keep our systems up to date and our clients consistently in the loop.

Work closely with suppliers and clients to keep everything running smoothly.

Provide top-notch service that makes people say, “Wow!”

️ What You Bring to the Table:

You’re a self-starter who can work independently (no micromanaging here!).

You’ve got great timekeeping and

communication skills

.

You’re organised, reliable, and love a good checklist.

You’re a multitasker who plays well with others.

You know your way around Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Bonus points if you’ve worked in Facilities or on a Help Desk before-but it’s not a deal breaker!
