PHIX is a fast-growing global fashion brand inspired by 70s tailoring, rock ’n’ roll culture, and luxury fashion. We are looking for a highly organised and technically capable remote assistant to support our operations, reporting, Shopify management, technical admin tasks, and wider e-commerce systems.
This is a long-term full-time remote role with a wide variety of responsibilities across e-commerce, reporting, data exports, product management, operational support, app/platform migration, and technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Shopify exports and reports
- Creating and maintaining stock reports
- Exporting and organising order data
- Supporting with reconciliation reports
- Pulling reports from GA4 and Shopify
- Assisting with feed management and product data
- Supporting website launches and operational tasks
- Helping with migration to new apps, tools, and platforms
- Assisting the team from a technical side when implementing new systems
- Looking at new ways AI can improve processes and efficiency across the business
- Managing spreadsheets and data organisation
- Working with Matrixify for Shopify imports/exports
- Uploading and updating products in Shopify
- Supporting with technical admin tasks across the business
- Assisting with returns, fulfilment and operational exports
- Creating structured reports for management
- Helping organise workflows and recurring operational tasks
- Supporting various departments with admin and technical assistance
Requirements
- Strong Shopify knowledge
- Experience with Matrixify
- Good understanding of GA4 and Shopify reporting
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling large amounts of data
- Good technical understanding of e-commerce systems
- Interest in AI tools and how they can improve business workflows
- Able to follow processes accurately
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
- Ability to work UK hours or overlap significantly with UK working hours
Bonus Skills
- Experience with product feeds
- Understanding of inventory and fulfilment workflows
- Experience with CSV imports/exports
- Basic understanding of APIs or technical integrations
- Experience migrating between apps or e-commerce platforms
- Experience using AI tools to improve reporting, admin, or operational workflows
- Experience in fashion or e-commerce brands
- This role is ideal for someone highly organised, technical, proactive, and comfortable working across many areas of an e-commerce business. We are looking for somebody long-term who can grow with the company and take ownership of operational, reporting, technical, and AI-assisted workflow tasks over time.
