Linked Helpers is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with strong admin and bookkeeping (QB Desktop & Online) skills to support US-based client in a fast-paced remote environment.

Position Details

  • Salary: ₱20,000 during 6-month probation
  • Experience: 2–3 years supporting US clients
  • Work Setup: Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare reports
  • Work with QuickBooks Desktop & Quickbooks Online

Executive & Admin Support

  • Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling
  • Handle back-office tasks and data entry
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Support CRM and basic social media tasks
  • Organize workflows and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–3 years as an Executive Assistant (US clients)
  • Strong bookkeeping and admin experience
  • Proficient in QuickBooks both QB Desktop & QB Online
  • Excellent English communication
  • Highly organized and detail-driven
  • Social Media experience is a plus
