Linked Helpers is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with strong admin and bookkeeping (QB Desktop & Online) skills to support US-based client in a fast-paced remote environment.
Position Details
- Salary: ₱20,000 during 6-month probation
- Experience: 2–3 years supporting US clients
- Work Setup: Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare reports
- Work with QuickBooks Desktop & Quickbooks Online
Executive & Admin Support
- Manage calendars, emails, and scheduling
- Handle back-office tasks and data entry
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Support CRM and basic social media tasks
- Organize workflows and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–3 years as an Executive Assistant (US clients)
- Strong bookkeeping and admin experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks both QB Desktop & QB Online
- Excellent English communication
- Highly organized and detail-driven
- Social Media experience is a plus
