Summary:

We are seeking a Remote Interviewing Specialist to support recruitment operations by conducting candidate interviews, evaluating applicant qualifications, and coordinating hiring activities for remote positions across multiple industries.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day and maintaining organized recruitment workflows in a fast-paced remote environment. You will play a key role in identifying qualified talent while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone interviews and candidate screening evaluations daily.
  • Assess applicants based on communication abilities, professionalism, and job qualifications.
  • Explain job opportunities, hiring expectations, and interview processes clearly to candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-up communication activities.
  • Maintain detailed candidate records and interview notes within recruitment systems.
  • Follow structured screening guidelines, scripts, and hiring workflows.
  • Ensure timely candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support recruitment pipeline management and hiring coordination tasks.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to improve hiring efficiency.
  • Perform additional recruitment and administrative support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, evaluation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable conducting high-volume phone interviews remotely.
  • Organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable internet connection, electricity, computer equipment, and mobile device required.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, customer support, HR, staffing, or call center operations preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, CRM tools, or recruitment software is a plus.
  • Strong professionalism and attention to detail.
