🗂️ We’re Hiring: Home-Based Office Admin

💻 Permanent Work-From-Home | 💰 ₱40K–₱50K | 🕗 US CST Shift

DCX is looking for a Home-Based Office Admin to support a growing U.S.-based business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, customer service, and supporting marketing-related tasks such as basic graphic design, SEO, and analytics.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations
  • Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing communications and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients and team members
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and reports with accuracy
  • Support marketing-related tasks such as basic graphic design coordination, SEO activities, and Google Analytics tracking
  • Assist the client with administrative and operational duties
  • Ensure data accuracy and organized documentation
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

🎓 Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Support, Data Entry, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting office operations or administrative workflows

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics

💻 Tools You’ll Use

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Docs)
  • Marketing and analytics tools (as needed)

📍 Role Details

  • Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (US Time)
  • Workdays: Monday – Friday
  • Setup: Permanent Work-From-Home (Philippines)
