Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management:
Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll and quarterly tax filings.
Maintain payroll records, including employee hours, deductions, and tax information.
HR Support:
Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation sessions.
Maintain confidential resident and employee records.
Administer employee benefit programs such as health insurance and retirement plans.
Bookkeeping/Billing:
Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and reconciling accounts.
Process accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Other Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare reports and other documents as required.
Collaborate with team members on various projects to ensure deadlines are met.
Utilize computer software for data entry, document creation, and communication purposes.
Requirements:
Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous experience with computer softwares such as ADP and ECS (American Data) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
