We’re looking for a Replenishment Planner to play a key role in the implementation of the company’s major transformation program, Infinity. This program aims to fundamentally redefine supply chain processes through enhanced end-to-end visibility, standardization, and operational efficiency.

This position is embedded within the newly created Management Entity Supply Chain Center (ME SCC),a structure designed to centralize planning expertise and streamline execution across Market Companies (MCs). Acting on behalf of MCs, the Replenishment Planner is responsible for developing and executing replenishment plans, placing intercompany orders based on updated planning parameters, transactional data, and aligned inventory policies.

The role also ensures the accuracy of live inventory projections, proactively manages exceptions, and contributes to the optimization of replenishment processes across entities. As part of the Infinity transformation, this position enables ME-level synergies, eliminates duplication across MCs, and supports the transition toward a more agile and standardized planning model.

Key Responsibilities

Replenishment Planning Operations

  • Develop replenishment plans on behalf of Market Companies (MCs) based on updated demand and transactional data
  • Place intercompany orders aligned with planning parameters (lead times, MOQ, safety stock policies)
  • Ensure effective execution of replenishment operations with real-time visibility on inventory coverage, stockouts, and alerts
  • Publish monthly Net Requirements and inventory projections (volume, value, Days of Coverage)

Mid-Term Planning & S&OP Integration

  • Prepare mid-term replenishment plans and inventory projection scenarios, including Risks & Opportunities (R&O)
  • Align with MC stakeholders and consolidate inputs for pre-S&OP and S&OP discussions
  • Communicate inventory risks, capacity gaps, and key business decisions to relevant stakeholders

Exception Management & Inventory Optimization

  • Monitor demand shifts and anticipate exceptions; propose and execute inventory reallocations
  • Reallocate Net Requirements using fair share logic and adjust safety stock policies when needed
  • Trigger purchase or transfer orders in response to supply or capacity constraints

Process Standardization & Data Governance

  • Implement DDMRP and S&OE processes with clear routines, roles, and KPIs
  • Align on standard data sources (e.g., unit stock value, capacity bottlenecks)
  • Leverage BI dashboards and data models to track replenishment performance and exceptions

Change Management & Collaboration

  • Establish structured touchpoints with demand and upstream planning teams
  • Lead local change management initiatives, including training, onboarding, and adoption
  • Engage stakeholders early to anticipate resistance and support smooth implementation

Success Measures

  • Forecast Days of Coverage (DFC), including SSOS component
  • Service Level (fill rate against MCs’ demand)
  • Response time to exceptions (e.g., demand shifts, supplier constraints)
