Job Description
After receiving inspection report from the inspector, the reviewer shall check the following items:
- Use of the correct template form and format of the inspection report
- The AQL and the sampling size used in the inspection are correct.
- All the information and data written on the cover page of the inspection report are correct (product description, quantity, inspection date, sample size etc.)
- The defects and remarks are clearly described.
- Sufficient number of photos corresponding to the findings and clear image of the picture.
- The photos in the report are the same and corresponds to the original photos sent by the inspector to make sure that older photos taken from previous reports are used by the inspector
- The photos contained in the report match the data and information in the report (description and data shown in the pictures of the product’s packaging are the same as the data contained in the project documents, photos of defects and remarks correspond to the descriptions in the report, etc.)
- Check whether the deviations found by the inspector are consistent or taken into consideration by the inspector (In case of re-inspection or in case an inspection during or at the beginning of the production was done previously)
- Verify that the findings in the report correspond to the findings written in the draft report. In case of differences, the reviewer should clarify such discrepancies with the inspector.
- All the required tests have been performed correctly by the inspector and the results clearly recorded (Function test, Safety related test, Measurement, Special test according to customer’s requirement)
- Test standard and inspection requirements are correct and valid.
Work Experience
- Engineering background in Textile/ Garment and related fields.
- At least 05 years of experience working in the garment industry.
- Good knowledge of standards, legal and customer requirements.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team oriented.
- Basic knowledge of ISO requirements procedures.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office.
