JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation’s war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today’s missions and tomorrow’s global challenges. JOB SUMMARY – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Under close supervision, an Administrative Assistant I provides a variety of administrative support services on behalf of a business unit or department. The work product facilitates the work of others within the immediate organizational unit. Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties: * Provide a variety of administrative and data entry accounts payable services in support of the Accounts Payable department. * Review purchasing invoice packages to ensure proper three way match. * Record invoices in Costpoint and perform data uploads, when required. * Coordinate with site Financial Analysts to resolve any issues that may arise during the recording of invoices. * Scan and file appropriate document support in designated area per defined process. * Receive and file wire packages. * Perform other job-related duties, as required. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum of one (1) year of experience with accounting and administrative tasks. * Associate’s degree preferred. * Basic understanding of accounts payable functions. * Sound knowledge and experience in Microsoft applications. * Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments and work well under pressure. REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE A high school diploma, or equivalent, and one or more years of experience in an administrative capacity are required for this position. In addition, an Administrative Assistant I must possess the following qualifications: * Proficient use of the Internet, personal computers, word processing, spreadsheet and graphics/presentation software, and other commonly used electronic communication tools * Excellent planning and organizational skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills. SALARY The expected salary range for this position is $37,876.80 to $47,403.20 annually. Note: The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. JT4, LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer. Some walking, stooping, bending, climbing stairs, stretching, and lifting (up to 25 pounds) is required for purposes such as gathering supplies. Travel to remote company work locations may be required.
