Reservation Clerk/Office Assistant Jobs in Southwest Ranches, FL at Everglades Holiday Park

We are a direct to consumer and B2B seller of bulk chocolate & confectionery products. We also manage other direct to consumer brands in the chocolate and candy sector. We’re looking for a positive, energetic and friendly person to join our growing team.

You will work directly with the Founder, with the following duties:

– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

– Work with our order entry system to enter orders with accuracy, update inventory, transfers, & other related order entry tasks

– Work within our platforms (Shopify, Amazon & CIN7) to perform a number of tasks

– Provide a high standard of customer service & be the front line of greeting for those entering our office

– Provide Accounts Receivable support
– Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
– Perform data entry and scan documents
– Assist in resolving any administrative problems
– Schedule and coordinate meetings & appointments
– Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
– Coordinate and manage projects as assigned
– Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
– Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

Requirements:
– Proven administrative or assistant experience
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

– Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, CIN7 or other order entry systems nice to have (not required and will train)
– Proficiency in Office Software – Especially Microsoft Excel
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
– High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
