Compensation: $27.39-$29.69/hour
Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (75 hours bi-weekly)
Status: Full Time, Temporary – Until November 16, 2025 with possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities
Support the effective operation and management of residential properties with a resident-focused approach.
Ensure high occupancy by arranging viewings, completing move-in processes, and following up with prospective residents.
Manage tenancy issues proactively, collaborate with departments to support housing stability, and expedite move-outs.
Handle tenancy management and resident communication, including responding to inquiries, maintaining records, and preparing correspondence.
Work with residents on payment plans, communicate effectively, and coordinate with the Finance Department for rent collection.
Prepare documentation for hearings at the Residential Tenancy Branch and represent the Society as needed.
Perform administrative functions such as processing rent changes, implementing rent increases, and providing reports on housing statistics.
Follow up on property inspections and maintenance reports, cross-train with other departments, and perform related duties including coverage for other coordinators.
Requirements
Note:
A combination of experience and education may be considered.
Secondary school graduation.
Certificate or diploma in Office Administration.
At least 2 years of related property management experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.
Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Proficiency in MS Office programs; knowledge of Yardi is an asset.
Additional Criteria
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle with minimum $2 million liability insurance.
Current basic First Aid Certificate.
Successful clearance of a Vulnerable Sectors Criminal Record Check.
