Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary, looking for more responsibility? If so, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to support a very busy residential conveyancing department of an award winning Legal 500 boutique,modernlaw firm in North London.
The Role
It is essential that you have recent experience in this area of law as you will need to hit the ground running! The role will involve supporting a very busy conveyancing partner which will include the following duties.
To prepare correspondence and documents through digital dictation.
Accurate, efficient diary management.
Dealing with electronic ordering of searches, stamp duty forms and Land Registry Applications.
To ensure the confidentiality of all the firm’s and client’s documentation and information.
Perform any other duties the Partners require.
The Candidate
Accurate typing speed of at least 65 wpm.
Knowledge of conveyancing forms and processes.
Professional and hardworking.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written.
Good IT skills.
Committed to providing an excellent customer service.
