* Salary guide: £22,500 – £26,500 (DOE)
About the Role:
As a Residential Property Assistant, you will be working closely with a team of experienced conveyancers, providing essential support across a wide range of residential property transactions. This is a great opportunity to further develop

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
A minimum of 12 months experience in a conveyancing secretarial or assistant role is required.
* Residential Property Focused:
This role is specifically within residential property, and we are currently not seeking anyone who is a fee earner at this time.
* Proven Support
Skills:
You should have strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and assist in a
fast-paced environment

* Team Player:
You will need to work closely with solicitors and other team members, so being a
collaborative team
player is key.
