Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have General familiarity with accounts payable functions and/or systems, Event coordination skills, Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, and out-going, Organized and detail oriented, Excellent problem-solving skills, Superior verbal/written communication skills, Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Overview: Support the VP as well as direct reports daily administrative needs.
Responsibilities: Manage and update Executive calendars. Develop and organize various events. Handle all ad-hoc requests as they arise.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of EXECUTIVE administrative experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills. Type 60 WPM / 10-key capability. Microsoft Applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education: Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED
CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO FORT WORTH (within 10 miles)
