ABOUT THE POSITION

Provides administrative support to retail management in the day-to-day operations of the CSC Portland Employee Store. Serves as a liaison between staff and other departments, aiding other departments as requested. This role requires maintaining confidential and sensitive information.

Maintains positive open lines ofcommunicationwith all Columbia Sportswear management, staff, and other departments to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization.

Supports and assists the team with scheduling and correspondence using various computer applications. Assists the management team with paperwork requirements. Assistsleadershipby taking and providing notes from meetings and maintaining a schedule of upcoming due dates. Coordinates on-site and off-site meetings including attendees, equipment needs, catering, etc.

Compiles data to assist the management team in evaluating store performance and creates charts, graphs,communicationtools, and other items to communicate or track performance. Prints report for weekly sales and maintain files. Using various computer applications assists in developing and maintaining reports and presentations for internal and external meetings.

Responds to and resolve customer escalations including transaction resolutions.

Monitors and orders store supplies and reconciling; provides clerical support as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned:

Cash Office- Responsible for cash office, including opening and closing cash counts, and deposits. Performs daily sales audits including investigation and reporting for discrepancies.

Admin -Facilitates completion of all store employee training and annual compliance training. Provides support for recruiting activities such as job fairs and recruiting events. Assists with new hire onboarding tasks. Assists with approving timecards and tracking attendance.

YOUHAVE

No specificeducationis required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)

2 (or less) years of experience in a position or specialization

Strong Microsoft Office Suite skillset
Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills
Takes initiative to achieve results
Strong organizational skills andattention to detail

JOB CONDITIONS

Frequently in a more active environment (i.e., requires the ability to constantly move about) that can be physical or strenuous in nature (frequently adjusting/moving items weighing up to 40 lbs.), may frequently use specialized equipment, may have exposure to dust and noise.
