Perfect position for someone who needs to have flexible hours. Approximate hours are 9-2 or 10-3. Most school holidays able to take off.
Microsoft Office Proficiency is MANDATORY – Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Computer technology skills – Ability to learn new platforms quickly
Manage database – Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
Digital marketing experience a plus
Wordpress experience or similar a plus
Set up equipment and install software for new users
Maintain filing system for both electronic and hard copy files
Maintain calendar for account renewals/license renewals
Invoice clients and pay bills
Prefer someone who is a notary or willing to take class to become notary
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
