Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Hybrid (Two days a month in office Mendota Heights, MN)

Salary Range: $45,000 to $50,000
Job Summary:
One Call Concepts, a leader in utility damage prevention and call center services, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office functions, coordinating communications, and assisting various departments with administrative tasks. This position will handle confidential information, assist with accounts payable, daily attendance tracking, event planning and other projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to managers and staff, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor relations.
Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or call center environments.
Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Work Environment:
This is a mainly remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to perform job duties effectively. Working in the office at least twice a month is required.
