Purpose of Role

Working in the Merchandising team to ensure that stock is directed to stores in the right volumes at the right time to optimise profitability. Will provide support on product development, critical path management and range plan maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Merchandising team to build effective team environment.     
  • Work closely with all departments in planning and maintaining optimum stock levels.           
  • Managing the Store Support inbox and supporting stores with customer orders & stock queries (main point of contact in Head Office).      
  • Maintaining stock accuracy on in house system processing store transfers, delivery discrepancies and all inventory adjustments.                 
  • Manage the weekly replenishment orders for the retail estate.
  • Work with the warehouse to ensure deliveries are pre-booked with stores
  • Support the Merchandising team with weekly & adhoc reports
  • Ownership of Made to Measure orders
  • Ownership of direct store delivery
  • Support the Merchandiser to create SKUs & load prices using seasonal range plans.
  • Liaise directly with the warehouse to manage outstanding store orders & resolve delivery issues.
  • Support the business with new store openings & adhoc admin tasks.
  • Update & maintain the company stock loss reports.
  • Manage the inbound purchase orders & bookings with the warehouse
  • Manage stock counts for the stores, including diary planning and distribution of scanners.

Qualifications

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Highly organised – with ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Competent use of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work with confidence and passion to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Able to maintain and create relationships with colleagues, other departments
  • Attention to detail
