- Proven experience in logistics, retail operations, or visual merchandising.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong visual sense.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the distribution of goods from warehouse to stores to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory movement in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment schedules, delivery status, and proper documentation for all logistics transactions (inbound and outbound).
- Monitor logistics costs, identify operational issues, and propose practical, efficient solutions.
- Handle product returns, damages, and discrepancies in close coordination with relevant teams.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies in alignment with brand guidelines to ensure store displays are attractive, organized, and commercially effective.
- Plan and implement seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product displays while ensuring proper placement, signage, and product categorization in stores.
- Monitor and maintain visual standards across all assigned areas to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to analyze sales performance related to visual displays and recommend continuous improvements.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure the proper execution of merchandising plans and daily operational standards.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, stock levels, and visual merchandising effectiveness.
- Support management in planning and decision-making related to overall logistics and merchandising strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
