Job Description
- Improve repeat payment, renewal, prolongation, upsell, and reactivation performance from existing customers.
- Improve sales scripts, chat templates, objection handling, and call flow.
- Review chat, call, and TC quality to identify sales gaps and improvement areas.
- Coach ISM Leaders and ensure their weekly action plans are properly executed.
- Coach ISM Leaders so they can coach their team members effectively.
- Ensure each leader’s action plan is properly executed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, retention sales, renewal sales, or customer success with sales targets.
- Minimum 6 months of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a team/project.
- Strong understanding of repeat payment, renewal, upsell, reactivation, follow-up, objection handling, and closing.
- Able to review sales chats, calls, and consultations to identify sales gaps and improvement areas.
- Able to improve sales scripts, chat templates, objection handling, and call flow.
- Able to analyze basic sales metrics such as revenue, conversion, AOV, payment count, package size, upsell/downsell, and lost reasons.
- English proficiency minimum B1.
Nice to Have
- Experience in EdTech, online course, tutoring, subscription, membership, SaaS renewal, insurance renewal, or customer retention.
- Experience improving renewal conversion, repeat payment, upsell, reactivation, or retention rate.
- Experience using AI tools for sales support, reporting, script improvement, chat review, or coaching.
- Familiar with Google Sheets, WhatsApp sales flow, CRM reports, or sales automation.
