Job Description
- Identify manual and repetitive processes across the Return & Refund team and lead automation efforts to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Translate operational pain points into practical solutions such as scripts, models, or workflow improvements.
- Map RR workflows end-to-end, identify high-impact areas where AI can be applied and drive implementation.
- Build AI-powered tools and automations leveraging available AI tools and LLMs, to deliver working solutions.
- Drive end-to-end project execution from scoping and alignment to delivery, change management, and post-launch monitoring
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Tech, BI, Ops) to ensure smooth implementation and measurable impact
- Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams to align on goals and ensure business needs are met
- Provide analytical support as needed, including SQL data pulls, root cause analysis, and translating data into actionable insights for operational decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or relevant field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related)
- 2+ years of work experience in an analytics, operations, or project role
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis; Python or other scripting languages is a plus
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience using AI tools to build or prototype solutions
- Experience identifying and implementing automation or process improvements
- Comfortable with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and translating data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated experience working across teams and leading projects involving both technical and operational stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset, able to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
