Revival Coordinator – Administrator Job in Stoke-on-Trent at Revival –

We’re looking for a Coordinator to support our services by answering calls, replying to emails, setting up cases and booking appointment for colleagues.

Job requirements

Answer phone calls using our calls system.

Deal with all enquiries like referrers from Hospital Wards or Handyperson service enquiries.

Manage the Revival mailbox with your colleagues in a timely manner.

Raise cases on our case manager system.

Be responsible for cases and adding costs and interventions where necessary.

Be the first point of contact for our referrers.

Support colleagues when needed, working with a team approach.

Send out our customer satisfaction questionnaires.

Manage the daily post (both incoming and outgoing).

What we’re looking for

Someone with a general experience of admin.

Experience of using ICT and case management systems.

Great customer service and communication skills.

Someone who is organised, able to plan their own time well and multi-task too.

Someone who is confident, resilient, able to think quickly to problem solve and use your initiative to work independently.

Someone who can use their own initiative and able to work independently.

Life experience that allows you to show compassion to provide the very best support.
