LHH is recruiting an “RM Assistant” for a dynamic and growing private bank in Geneva.
Responsibilities:
Managing and processing stock market orders in coordination with internal teams.
Handling RM schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating client appointments.
Managing client requests, ensuring efficient follow-up and resolution.
Providing overall support to RMs, including administrative tasks and documentation management.
Assisting with account operations and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Liaising with internal departments (compliance, operations, trading desk, etc.)
Profile:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a private bank.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of financial products and private banking operations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
