Role Purpose

The Sales Admin function for Emaar provides complete administrative support in the day-to-day operations at the Sales Centre, maintaining and managing the back-office administration.

What You Will Need To Succeed:

Minimum 3 years sales admin/ Accounts experience gained preferably in a sales oriented organization.

Degree from a recognized University/College.

Essential Requirements:

Update database pertaining to all Client Introduction Letters (CIL) received from registered local/international agents.

Validate the commissions claims as per the approved commission entitlement.

Prepare checklists for all valid commission claims along with all supporting documents for the same.

Process agents’ commissions.

Compute claw-backs, applies them on outstanding commissions with and provides regular update to Finance department.

Check to ensure all supporting documentation is in compliance with the current policies and process.

Update the staff commissions file with ‘closed’ status after all claims are processed and forwards it to the Finance Department.

Preparation of staff & agency performance. Monitor ongoing sales offers and ensure sales compliance.
