Role Description
Rainbow Hollow Services is seeking a Rostering Assistant for a contract, on-site role based in North East Adelaide, SA. The role involves mentor, gardening and cleaning staff scheduling, maintaining accurate rosters to meet client needs, communicating schedule updates, addressing rostering issues, and maintaining regular contact with support teams. The Rostering Assistant will also coordinate resources efficiently while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and client service standards. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of excellent client services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in scheduling and rostering systems, time management, and attention to detail
- Effective communication, client-focused approach, and collaborative team working skills
- Problem-solving abilities for managing conflicts and addressing last-minute changes
- Familiarity with psychosocial disabilities and neurodiversity, and demonstrated understanding of their related support requirements
- Basic administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with healthcare or social services sectors will be advantageous
- Ability to stay organized and maintain confidentiality in a client-focused role
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be happy working 12
- hours onsite per week (Tues 9-330 and Thurs 9-2.30 + 3 hours offsite from home through the week ( checking responding to emails and telegram messages) = 15 hours per week ( to start)
