Responsibilities
- Responsible for all the factory safety, health and environment aspects has been identified and properly managed to meet legal requirements;
- Liaise with Department Heads on all safety, health and environment aspect for continuous improvement;
- Prioritize SHE Programs and ensure that they are implemented effectively and consistently;
- Provide training and coaching for employees and others to enhance their understanding and capabilities on SHE related matters;
- Maintain documents related to SHE;
- Investigate any cases brought to attention with regards to SHE Management programs are effectively implemented;
- Coordinate with authorities and ensure all reports and documents are well prepared and submitted timely;
- Arrange and participate in safety committee meeting and follow up with action status.
Qualifications
- Posses at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years experience in the related field;
- Aggressive personality with goods interpersonal and communication skills;
- Specializing in Engineering- Environmental/ Health/ Safety or equivalent.
