Job Overview:
Our client, a leading company in the real estate sector, is looking to hire a Sales Administrator to support their sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in managing client documentation, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and departments. This role is essential for keeping the sales process organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage sales agreements, reservation forms, and client documents.
Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and property listings.
Follow up with clients for required documents and payments.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and daily operations.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and contract flow.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
