About The Role
Sale Admin will provide administrative support to the Commercial Team at Aonic, primarily assisting the Agriculture and Industrial Verticals. This role is responsible for maintaining sales documentation, coordinating with clients, processing orders, and supporting sales operations to ensure smooth workflow and optimal customer service. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a background in sales administration or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, particularly for Agriculture and Industrial Verticals
Assist in preparing Quotation, process Sales Order, Invoices and other sales-related documents in timeline manner.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
Support the sales team in organizing meetings, demos, and client follow-ups
Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with relevant departments.
Manage documentation related to sales contracts and agreements
Support inventory management for demo units and sales materials
About You
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
1-2 years of experience in sales administration or related role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic understanding of sales and documentation
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Experience in customer service or client coordination
