Main Responsibilities
- Proceed with customer orders as the company's procedure (This task will be trained later).
- Follow up the running process and take care of the orders to ensure they are delivered on time.
- Maintain customer relationships through after-sales support.
- Manage customer data, documents and orders on CRM and Shared Drive.
- Provide regular, transparent, detailed feedback and reporting on personal performance (if requested) to Team Leader/Head of Department.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to complete assigned tasks.
- Other tasks assigned by Leader/Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, etc.
- Fluent in English
- At least 1 year of work experience in related fields such as Customer Service, Sales Executive, Corporate Services, Data Entry, etc.
- Highly effective teamwork spirit, time management, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Familiar with documentation and CRM system
- Proactive attitude, hardworking, able to work both independently and within a team, able to multitask
- Having a basic knowledge of Economics, Finance, or International Banking is an advantage
