Main Responsibilities

  • Proceed with customer orders as the company's procedure (This task will be trained later).
  • Follow up the running process and take care of the orders to ensure they are delivered on time.
  • Maintain customer relationships through after-sales support.
  • Manage customer data, documents and orders on CRM and Shared Drive.
  • Provide regular, transparent, detailed feedback and reporting on personal performance (if requested) to Team Leader/Head of Department.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to complete assigned tasks.
  • Other tasks assigned by Leader/Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, etc.
  • Fluent in English
  • At least 1 year of work experience in related fields such as Customer Service, Sales Executive, Corporate Services, Data Entry, etc.
  • Highly effective teamwork spirit, time management, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiar with documentation and CRM system
  • Proactive attitude, hardworking, able to work both independently and within a team, able to multitask
  • Having a basic knowledge of Economics, Finance, or International Banking is an advantage
