We have an immediate opening for a motivated and hardworking receptionist. This upbeat environment requires an individual who can demonstrate amazing multitasking abilities during a variety of day-to-day, face-to-face customer encounters. The right candidate for this position is fun, very outgoing, positive, and driven with a strong desire to satisfy the customer.

Responsibilities:

Greet all employees, clients, and their families in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
Receive and direct visitors and clients
Provide excellent customer service to new potential clients, employees, and guests.
Answer phone calls in polite manner and actively listen and answer to any question/concern/inquiry that the caller may have.
General clerical duties
Able to multi-task, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize, problem solve, organize, and complete work in a timely and accurate manner.
Direct administrative support and calendar scheduling.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment, admission files, client files, staff members files
Maintain office supply inventories
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace at all times
Contact families to follow up with services that are being provided

Qualifications:

No minimum experience
High school diploma
English Required
Spanish also preferred
Excellent people skills – a positive attitude and an outgoing personality is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel. Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software.
Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external partners.
Superior organizational skills, dependability and great follow through on tasks.
Must be detailed oriented and a self-starter.
Bilingual preferred, but not required.
