Position: Â Sales Admin [data Entry / 5 Days / Tuas View
Working experience
as admin / fresh graduate is welcome to apply, training provided
– Process on customers’ P/O into system
– Verify selling price & part revision is correct
– Inform Director for new part revision & selling price needed
– Follow up with customer on revised PO
– Link Sales order to job traveller into system
– Issue Job Traveller & drawing to production
– Follow the cancelled job traveller & retrieved back from production
– Filling completed job traveller
– Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure delivery commitments to customers are fulfilled
– Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries and feedback on orders, as well as about the goods our organisation provides
– Data entry
– Administrative duties (data entry, filing and scanning etc.)
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
** Qualifications for Data Entry*
* – Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software
–
Experience working
in data entry software and maintaining detailed information regarding available stock and supplies or other data
–
Ability to
effectively work within record software and update files accurately
