【応募資格】

・基本的なMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel)スキルをお持ちの方

・ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方 (社内外のコミュニケーションに必要なため)

・1-3年の事務スタッフ経験をお持ちの方

** Responsibilities**:

– Issue quotation, invoice, purchase order

– Arrange spare parts delivery

– Liaise with suppliers and advise customers on the status of shipment

– Respond to customer’s enquiry

– Provide full administrative support to the department

– Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

** Requirements**:

– Minimum Diploma

– Minimum 1-3years’ relevant experience in a similar position

– Service oriented with good written and oral

communication

skill

– Mature and able to handle things independently

– Detail-oriented and must be able to handle large volume of work

– Work independently and must be a team player

– Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office

– Japanese knowledge will be advantageous to liaise with Japanese counterpart
