Our team is fully remote, bringing together skilled professionals from around the globe. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Admin Manager to join our growing team and help us optimize our sales processes to increase efficiency and revenue.

Position Overview

As the Sales Admin Manager, you will play a key role in managing the administrative tasks that support the sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and helping drive sales productivity. You’ll work closely with various departments to streamline workflows, monitor performance metrics, and support team members in achieving their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all administrative aspects of sales operations, including order processing, inventory tracking, and customer data management.

CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accuracy of customer information and support reporting needs.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, customer insights, and inventory trends; analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Process Optimization: Work with sales and operations teams to improve existing workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance efficiency.

Team Support: Assist the sales team with onboarding and training related to new tools, procedures, and strategies.

Inventory & Order Management: Collaborate with the fulfillment and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels, coordinate order fulfillment, and resolve order-related issues.

Customer Communication: Serve as a secondary contact for high-priority customers or complex cases; assist in resolving escalations effectively and quickly.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all transactions and processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations; maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales administration, sales support, or sales operations, preferably within the e-commerce industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and Google Workspace.

Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills; experience with sales reporting

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with remote teams.

Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.

Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Domestic sales and e-commerce platforms like Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace, Best buy, Target, LOWES, Home Depot etc.

Knowledge of inventory management software.

Experience working in a fully remote environment.

Job Type: Full-time
