About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Admin & Office Admin. This role combines administrative support for the sales team with general office management, with a strong preference for candidates who have a background in finance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders
- Coordinate with sales team and customers on order processing
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales data records
Office Administration
- Handle daily office operations, procurement and documentation
- Manage correspondence, filing, and scheduling
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Ensure office supplies and administrative needs are maintained
- Support in Logistics
Finance Support
- Contact window for local finance and assist Finance Team HQ related local business
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Support finance team with reports and documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative, sales support, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of accounting/finance processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), especially in English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
