About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Admin & Office Admin. This role combines administrative support for the sales team with general office management, with a strong preference for candidates who have a background in finance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders
  • Coordinate with sales team and customers on order processing
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales data records

Office Administration

  • Handle daily office operations, procurement and documentation
  • Manage correspondence, filing, and scheduling
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Ensure office supplies and administrative needs are maintained
  • Support in Logistics

Finance Support

  • Contact window for local finance and assist Finance Team HQ related local business
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Support finance team with reports and documentation

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative, sales support, or similar roles
  • Basic understanding of accounting/finance processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal), especially in English
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
