Ideally, this position will be filled by a proactive individual with superior administration skills, high attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. As part of this role, you will be responsible for various duties including but not limited to:

Supporting the sales team and account managers in preparing customer quotes.

Assist with the preparation of proposal documents and presentations.

Assist in maintaining accurate data and company information in the company CRM (MYOB Advanced).

Assist in updating sales forecasts.

Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders.

Provide administrative assistance to other internal departments when required.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

At least 2 years of experience in similar role. (Experience in the technology industry is preferred)

Friendly and able to provide great customer service

Have good computer skills in Microsoft Office 365.

Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.

Strong time management and prioritization skills.

A strong ability to work independently and in a team.

A demonstrated ability to handle multiple and detailed tasks accurately and efficiently.

An ability to excel while working under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A positive, can-do attitude and a high level of professionalism.
