Full Job Description
Join this small but global team based across the US and China that is positioned as one of the few completely integrated importers and covers an extensive range of both proprietary and licensed brands covering various sectors, including health and wellness, electronics, home and office supplies, and electronic pest control.
USD 60,000 – 65, 000 per annum
Work 2 to 3 days a week in their Midtown Manhattan-based office and rest WFH
Reporting to the VP’s of Sales and Partnerships based in the Manhattan office, they are seeking an ambitious, energetic tech-savvy Administration Assistant to work closely with them on meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-up, domestic inventory, and production management, including planning and coordination and lots of complex data management via Excel spreadsheets.
To be successful:
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and generally tech savvy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with at least 1 year of experience in small business or start-up business environments preferred
You are an individual who is driven to achieve results and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Precision and attention to detail are key, and you must have strong analytical skills.
