Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end process of creating rental contracts.
Process invoices from the Principal and ensure accuracy.
Compile and submit required documents to the Principal.
Prepare monthly reports and meet deadlines.
Coordinate activities with the Sales and Project teams.
Process Purchase Orders and ensure timely completion.
Handle budget revisions as necessary.
Monitor ordering systems and track shipment details.
Manage and respond to high volumes of emails promptly.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Admin Supervisor.
