Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to various departments within the organization and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: – Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing – Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner – Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly – Maintain and update electronic and physical files – Assist with event planning and coordination – Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed – Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members – Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness – Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as required Requirements: – Proven experience in an administrative role – Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively – Proficient in computerized systems, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Previous experience in customer service is preferred – Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus – Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
