Responsibilities:

The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales team to meet sales objectives for the company. This position is responsible for generating weekly sales reports including opportunities, sales, and forecasting. The individual will work closely with the regional business development managers assisting them with record-keeping and administrative functions.

Essential Functions:

Monthly Sales Reports:Salesforce and Excel to track sales.

Sales Meetings:Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team to ensure forecasting is up to date and accurate.

Salesforce:Account manager for Salesforce.

ERP Data Entry:Working with Business Development Managers to ensure data in the company ERP system is kept current and accurate

Support:Support the sales department with other administrative duties as requested.
