Position:
Sales and Closing Coordinator
As our Sales and Closing Coordinator, you will perform administrative tasks associated with processing sales contracts and closings. You will be responsible for the preparation of necessary closing documents and processing post-closing packages. You will track sales, administrative activities and generate various correspondences to homeowners and attorneys (i.e., attorney information, survey information, title, utility letters, family plan certificates, receipt of CO’s, FNMA approval process and escrow letters for outside mortgage lenders).
In addition, you will prepare closing packages (i.e. deeds, affidavits of title, closing statement, warranty certificate and other related documents).
Qualifications:
Two to three years of administrative, sales and/or customer service experience.
Knowledge of closing process and associated documentation (i.e. HUD-1, Deed, Affidavits, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred.
