Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Requires office experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an organized work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills and being highly detailed.
Duties
Working with existing team for scheduling of client projects
Data Entry & Inventory
Fabric check in and organization
Furniture check in and organization
Daily customer follow up on existing requests
Maintain organized filing systems of customer information
Assist with time management by prioritizing tasks & managing deadlines effectively with team
Some local travel required
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
Office experience required
Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all communications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of standard office software applications.
Spanish helpful but not required
Additional Notes:
Hours could increase with based on skills learned within 60 days.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
