THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A SALES AND OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM!

As our Sales and Operations Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales and operations team, ensuring everything runs smoothly from behind the scenes. You’ll manage job files, update job sheets, and assist in preparing contracts, quotes, and purchase agreements. Your keen eye for detail will help keep invoices accurate, vendor bills recorded, and customer payments processed efficiently. As the go-to person for customers, you’ll provide order updates, track inventory, and coordinate with purchasing to maintain stock levels.

Whether it’s assisting with cycle counts, processing store transfers, or facilitating smooth delivery logistics, your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our operations. If you love keeping things organized and making an impact, this role is for you!

OUR IDEAL SALES AND OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

2+ years of administrative or bookkeeping experience

Experience with Quickbooks

Preferred qualifications:

Accounting experience

Cost accounting experience

Experience with an ERP system such as Acumatica, Oracle, Sage

Experience in a small-medium business setting
